παιδιά δεν έχω ήχο στο notebook που έχω στην υπογραφή μου και δεν ξέρω τι να κάνω....

Εδω http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1395500
αναφερει οτι εχει την ιδια καρτα με εσενα

έγραψε:00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 5 Series/3400 Series Chipset High Definition Audio (rev 05)

και με την νεοτερη εκδοση Alsa 1.0.22.1 εχει κανονικα ηχο.

Πριν κανεις ομως αυτο :idea:

κανε οτι λεει εδω viewtopic.php?f=38&t=10662#p108527
μηπως και φτιαξει ο ηχος!
Αν οχι, μετα δωσε στο τερματικο

και δες αν φτιαξει ο ηχος!
Αν παλι οχι, μετα την εντολη, κανε μια επανεκκινηση, και μολις μπεις εκτελεσε

τα έκανα όλα πειραματίστικα κιόλας όσο μπορούσα αλλά τίποτα.
Καταρχήν το pulseaudio το κάνω kill με την εντολή που μου είπες αλλά ξεκινάει αυτόματα αμέσως κάθε φορά. Δεν ξέρω αν πρέπει να το κάνει αυτό η όχι.

το alsa 1.0.22.1 να το κάνω install όπως λέει το link εδώ http://monespaceperso.org/blog-en/2009/12/17/upgrade-alsa-1-0-22-on-ubuntu-karmic-koala-9-10/ ???

Δοκίμασε αυτό εδώ viewtopic.php?f=9&t=20 , λογικά θα πρέπει να γίνει .

αφού έκανα ότι αναφέρετε στα link που μου έστειλε ο linuxman και δεν κατάφερα τίποτα προχώρισα στην εγκατάσταση του alsa 1.0.22.1. Έτραξα το script κανονικά κατέβασε αυτόματα όλα τα πακέτα που χρειάζονται χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα αλλά όταν πατάω να κάνει compile μου βγάζει το εξής error.

εδώ τι να κάνω???
το συγκεκριμένο αρχείο "autoconf.h" το βρήκα στο συγκεκριμένο path σε περίπτωση που σας ενδιαφέρει :/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.33-020633-generic/include/generated

επίσης μου δίνει επιλογή να επιλέξω διαφορετικό path αλλά ποιο να επιλέξω???

Το κακο ειναι οτι προτρεχεις!
Τεσπα, λογικα αυτο ειναι επειδη εχεις διαφορετικο πυρηνα (νεοτερο)

Θα μπουρούσες να βάλεις το Ubuntu Lucid 10.04, πού έχει Alsa 1.0.22.1. Ή τουλάχιστον δοκίμασε το Live CD, έτσι και αλλιώς θα βγει επίσημα σε ένα μήνα.

Κοίτα μόλις κυκλοφορήσουν τα lucid θα τα βάλω μιας και λογικά θα υποστηρίζουν και την κάρτα γραφικών μου. Απλά αφού μπήκα στην διαδικασία να φτιάξω τα karmic λυπάμαι και τα παιδιά που έχουν αφιερώσει τόσο χρόνο για να με βοηθήσουν... Γιατί για φαντάσου να τους πώ τώρα ότι έβαλα τα lucid???? Θα είναι σαν να τους κοροιδεύω... Αν και το σκέφτομαι πολύ σοβαρά ώστε να ελέγξω τα προβλήματα που θα έχει και να τα αναφέρω ώστε μόλις βγουν επίσημα να λειτουργούν απροβλημάτιστα... Αλλά το μεγάλο πρόβλημά μου είναι ότι δεν θα έχω πάλι ethernet και δεν θα μπορώ να κάνω ούτε update. Μέχρι να μου στείλει η hol το router με wireless δεν μπορώ να συνδεθώ παρά μόνο ενσύρματα.

με live cd του lucid δεν δουλεύει ο ήχος αλλά η κάρτα γραφικών δουλεύει άψογα χωρίς εγκατάσταση κανενός driver. Το μόνο που μένει δηλαδή ακόμη είναι ο ήχος...
Μου έστειλε αυτό https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/525149 ο Liakoni το οποίο θα το ψάξω λίγο να δώ τι μπορεί να γίνει και θα σας ενημερώσω.

Μιας και απέκτησα και εγώ αυτό το laptop, έχω τα ίδια προβλήματα. Εγκατέστησα Lucid 64bit και ο ο ήχος δεν υπάρχει
