Προβλημα με τον ηχο σε laptop HP

Εχω ενα HP G61 με Ubuntu 9.10 και δεν εχει καθολου ηχο. Ακολουθησα τις οδηγιες για το Alsa και μου εδωσε το παρακατω link: http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=45af9 ... 456894b00e

και πες αποτελεσμα!

Εχω και εγω laptop hp με 9.10 και δεν εχω καθόλου ήχο.

Εχω κάνει όσα αναγράφονται στο ποστ που λέει παραπάνω ο vagrale13.
Συγκεκριμένα, το alsamixer μου έτρεξε κανονικά και δεν φαινοταν να υπάρχει κάτι περίεργο στις ρυθμίσεις εκεί.
Εκτέλεσα και στο τερματικό

Επίσης, έκανα και τη διαδικασία που αναφέρεται στο νήμα: Ρύθμιση του ήχου (άρθρωμα snd-hda-intel) δοκιμάζοντας διάφορες αλλαγές, όπως model=hp-dv5, model=hp-dv3, αλλά τίποτα.

Δεν ξέρω αν μου 'χει ξεφύγει κάτι, αλλά κάθε βοήθεια ευπρόσδεκτη!

Εγώ έχω βάλει στο φορητό της υπογραφής μου το 10.04 με τελευταίες ενημερώσεις. Εξ αρχής είχε ήχο κανονικά χωρίς πρόβλημα.
Με αφορμή αυτό αν είναι ευκολο εκτέλεσε και δώσε το αποτέλεσμα της εντολής

για να δούμε αν υπάρχει ο ίδιος οδηγός για τις κάρτες ήχου που ενδεχομένως να είναι ίδιες

Ενημέρωσε αν είναι έτσι ο mixer

Τα πρώτα 5 καλά και το 9.
Στα 6-8 όμως δεν βρήκα κάποια αντιστοιχία. Αντ'αυτού είχε τις εξής πληροφορίες:
IEC958 [OFF]
IEC958 D (Default PCM)

Digital Input Source [Digital Mic 1]
Digital Input Source 1 [Analog Inputs]

Το IEC958 είναι αντίστοιχο του S/PDIF αν δεν κάνω λάθος. Επίσης ελπίζω να μην είναι καμία ρύθμιση mute on από το εικονίδιο του ήχου ->Sound Preferences.
Σαν τελευταία επιλογή αν μπορείς δώσε

μετά κάνε επανεκκίνηση και δες αν έχει ήχο.
Δες μετα ξανά το

και τέλος κάνε

Αν και πάλι δεν έχεις καθόλου ήχο θα πρότεινα μια αναβάθμιση σε 10.04 ή καλύτερα μια καθαρή εγκατάσταση του 10.04
Οι οδηγοί πάντως φαίνονται ίδιοι μεταξύ του φορητού μου και του δικού σου.

Μπορείς είτε να περιμένεις είτε από το live cd να δεις αν μπορεί να βρει ήχο. Μετά προχωράς σε κανονική εγκατάσταση. Μπορεί να είναι η beta 2 και κάποιοι είναι διστακτικοί,αλλά εγώ ξεκίνησα με την beta 1 και έκανα τις αναναιώσεις, που μου προτείνονταν, και προς το παρόν δεν έχω κάποιο ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα.Εξάλλου λίγες μέρες έμειναν
