Εγκατασταση Windows 7 μετα το Ubuntu 9.10

Θα ηθελα την πολυτιμη βοηθεια σας.Εκανα εγκατασταση τα Windows 7 και εδω και αρκετη ωρα ψαχνω πως θα επαναφερω τον grub αλλα δεν μπορω γιατι ειμαι εντελως ασχετος με το terminal. Υπαρχει καποιος οδηγος στα Ελληνικα;

Off topic:
Πρωτα απ' ολα, οι συνδεσμοι που σου εδωσα να διαβασεις, ειναι Οδηγοι, για το πως θα κανεις το καθε τι.
Σε περιπτωση οπου βαριεσε, δεν θελεις να τους διαβασεις, μην περιμενεις να σε βοηθησει κανεις, χωρις να βοηθηθεις πρωτα μονος σου. Εδω ειναι ενα forum και τιποτα παραπανω.

Τωρα... εφοσον μπηκες στο Ubuntu, ειναι ενα πρωτο βημα.

και δωσε μας ολοκληρο το περιεχομενου του αρχειου,
και βαλτο μεσα σε [code][code] δες εδω πως Forum BBcode Tags

επισης πες μας τι εννοεις, δεν μπορεις να ανοιξεις τα windows, δεν υπαρχει σαν επιλογη στο menu,
υπαρχει αλλα σταματει καπου?

Μπες ατο Ubuntu , ανοιξε τερματικο και δωσε μια-μια τις εντολες

Αν σου βγαλει καποιο σφαλμα, μην συνεχισεις,και μην κανεις επανεκκινηση, postαρετο εδω.

Επειδη δεν βλεπω να υπαρχει λυση εαν τωρα ετσι οπως ειναι ο grub που δεν αναγνωριζει τα Windows αν κανω Format το Ubuntu και το ξανακανω εγκατασταση απο την αρχη θα μου τα αναγνωρισει η θα πειραχτουν και τα Windows?

Τωρα το προβλημα πιο ειναι ακριβως με τον grub?
Δεν σου εχει την επιλογη για το Ubuntu? δεν σου εχει την επιλογη για τα παραθυρα?

Επαναφορά grub πρέπει να κάνει: είχε ΧΡ έβαλε και Ubuntu και τελευταία τα 7, άρα έχει τον bootlader των 7 με πρόσβαση και στα ΧΡ άλλα έχει χάσει το grub bootloader και την πρόσβαση στο Ubuntu.
