You could try
just to erase the pendrive's partition table (it was /dev/sdg right? if not, change it accordingly).
Mind you, this will completely erase any data on the pendrive, so if you need them don't jump into it.
Then reboot (you **have** to reboot) and format the drive using fdisk, parted, gparted or whatever application you find preferable.
You could also try describing your problem in Greek, since this is the Greek forum and all.
