Αν και έχει κλείσει το θέμα του ονόματος έψαξα λίγο και τελικά όλα σήματα έχουν νόμιμους κατόχους. Το linux έχει τον Linus Torvalds και το Ubuntu. Εφόσον ο σκοπός μας δεν είναι κερδοσκοπικός μπορούμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε το Ubuntu χωρίς άδεια.
Νομίζω ότι είμαστε στην παρακάτω κατήγορία. (http://www.ubuntu.com/aboutus/trademarkpolicy)
Οπότε μπορούμε να το κάνουμε ότι θέλουμε και χωρίς άδεια.
Ubuntu.sch.gr ή Ubuntu Greek Teachers κτλ
Για να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε σε Url ή domain θέλουμε άδεια
