• Fosscomm 2013 - Athens
  We participate with a booth and an install event. Also the community represent by the LoCo contact on the discussion round table with attendance of other foss communities in Greece

• Fosscomm 2014 - Lamia
  We participate with a booth and preview of Ubuntu 14.04 on a laptop.

• Tech Kids Day
  A day dedicated to kinds in which we participate with a presentation and installation of Ubuntu 12.10 to parents and middle school children. Also we play with small kids on education applications

• Meteorological stations
  The member lepidas with community supporting installed in September 2012 a meteorological station with rotated webcam in an old pc at Distrato (mountainous village near Vassilitsa's snow center ) which was running with Ubuntu Server 12.04 (recently the pc is replaced with a cubieboard and now the weather station runs Debian Wheezy). Since then lepidas has installed other 3 stations in Thourio/Oresiada, Avdella/Grevena and Pades/Ioannina

  We organize at least two translation meetings on IRC before every release, with main purposes the corporative translation, the familiarization and knowledge in translations

• Ubuntu Desktop Guide
  We work on the package and we almost translate 92% of the Ubuntu Desktop Guide into Greek

• DVD shipping
  We distribute our Loco CD package to events all around Greece in which our community participate in but also we sent dvds in activity LUGS and Linux teams. (by George Christofis )

  This team is consist of members in aim to work in the magazine of our community. Ubuntistas team is created in September 2008 and since then the Ubuntistas magazine has 18 issues
