Παιδιά το πρόβλημα τελικά δεν λύθηκε το έψαξα λίγο παραπάνο και βρήκα αυτο

i have the same problem
fixed it by adding irqpoll as a boot option
here's the launchpad bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...ux/+bug/274424
to add irqpoll as an option (permanently)
edit /boot/grub/menu.lst
find the line saying kopt = ......
and irqpoll to the end of it
run sudo update-grub
and voila

οταν παω να ακουσω κατι ακούγεται ένας εκνευριστικος θόρυβος
