Λύθηκε το πρόβλημα του ήχου. Παραπέμπω το link με τη σχετική συζήτηση γιατί από ότι φαίνεται μάλλον είναι αρκετά συχνά εμφανιζόμενο θέμα πρόσφατα.

Because of this library, the sound system reports pulseaudio in the sound devices, even though it (pulseaudio) isn't installed.
