Τότε πιθανώς να θέλει ενεργοποίηση το Virtualization από το Bios

Παρεμπιπτόντως,

Αυτο που αναφερω μου συμβαινει στο λαπτοπ και δεν εχει καμια σχεση με την υπογραφη στο φορουμ η οποια υπογραφη ειναι απο desktop pc
Εχω βαλει 64μπιτ, ξερω παρα παρα πολυ καλα τι λεω.

Δεν είσαι καινούριος εδώ, είσαι ήδη 3 χρόνια μέλος και το ξέρεις πως τέτοιου είδους πληροφορίες θα έπρεπε να δίνονται από την αρχή και να μην αφήνεις όποιον πάει να απαντήσει να απαντά λάθος μόνο και μόνο επειδή κοιτάζει την υπογραφή.

Ακόμα κι έτσι όμως, μια προσθήκη έπειτα του τύπου «Ξεχάστηκα παιδιά, τα στοιχεία δεν είναι της υπογραφής αλλά είναι Α, Β, Γ κτλ» θα χρησίμευε πολύ περισσότερο από μια απάντηση του τύπου «ξερω παρα παρα πολυ καλα τι λεω» που σαφώς φανερώνει ενόχληση.

Εκτός αν νομίζεις πως ο καθένας έχει την όρεξη Χριστουγεννιάτικα τρεις παρά τέταρτο τη νύχτα να απαντά και να του την λένε κι από πάνω...

Έχεις τσεκάρει στο Virtualbox στην αρχική οθόνη να έχει επιλεγεί Ubuntu 64bit ;
Πραγματικά δεν χρειάζεται το Kali Linux για penetration tests σε δίκτυα. Όλα τα εργαλεία μπορούν να βρεθούν και να εγκατασταθούν και σε Ubuntu. Το μόνο που προσφέρει το Kali είναι ότι τα έχει προεγκατεστημένα.
Επίσης, υποθέτω ότι έχεις εξασφαλίσει ήδη δεύτερη ασύρματη κάρτα (για το monitoring), γιατί αυτή του Laptop δεν μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί.

Έχει βγει και νέα έκδοση BIOS για το Laptop σου, η 1.40 (εσύ έχεις την 1.20).
Windows 8/8.1 έχεις σε αυτό το μηχάνημα; Αν ναι,
μήπως χρειάζεται και κάποια άλλη ρύθμιση για να «ελευθερωθεί» το VT-x και να είναι διαθέσιμο σε άλλο λειτουργικό; Έχεις απενεργοποιήσει το Fast Boot;
Υπάρχει η περίπτωση κάποια υπηρεσία των Windows 8/8.1 να χρησιμοποιεί το VT-x (χωρίς καν να το έχεις καταλάβει) και λόγω του fast boot(αν είναι ενεργοποιημένο) να μην ελευθερώνονται οι κατάλληλοι πόροι έτσι ώστε να γίνουν διαθέσιμοι στο Ubuntu.

Τέλος,
ρίξε ξανά μια προσεκτική ματιά στο UEFI να δεις μήπως υπάρχει και κάποια άλλη επιλογή εκτός του VT-x που να αφορά Virtualization.
