Hello, I am sorry for righting in English, but I have a problem with changing keyboard language
I just installed Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64 bit.

Greek language is installed as many other languages, but only English is only available in selector.
I searched and viewed some older posts, but I did not find anything usefull.

Any ideas?

Go to System settings > Language (or sth similar) and select the languages you want. Drag the one you want to be your default at the top of the list.
That is if you`re on Unity, of course, it`s not mentioned in your signature.

Hello, thanks for your answer. I see greek language in Language support, but it does not let me bring it in front.
It's colour seems that greek language is disabled. The same with other languages, except english.

How can I tell if I am on Unity or not?

If you drag the english one below the greek does the latter goes above?

No.

Also in task bar, up and right of the screen, English is the only option...

If greek language is greyed out, then, highlight it and click on the "Install/Remove Languages" button. When installed, you should see it under "English" & also have the option to choose between them in the taskbar icon.
*If you want "Greek" to be default, just drag it up first in the list, as mentioned earlier.

Πωωω, κόλησε το μυαλό...Είχα εγκαταστήσει την ελληνική, αλλά δεν την είχα προσθέσει στο πληκρολόγιο.

Το Ubuntu έχει σαν προεπιλεγμένο γραφικό περιβάλλον το Unity ( αυτό για 1 χρόνο ακόμα).

Ανάλογα με το γραφικό περιβάλλον με το οποίο εγκαθίσταται, αλλά και για την χρήση για την οποία προορίζεται, υπάρχουν και άλλα flavors.

Ο εύκολος τρόπος για να έχεις την ταυτότητα του συστήματός σου είναι να φτιάξεις σωστά την ταυτότητά σου (δες πώς είναι η δική μου, πχ). Επιπλέον, βοηθά και την κοινότητα ώστε να σου δίνει ασφαλέστερες οδηγίες όταν ζητάς βοήθεια ή πληροφορίες. Το πώς γίνεται (και πολλά άλλα χρήσιμα) σου έχει αποσταλεί αυτόματα με την εγγραφή σου στο φόρουμ (Πίνακας Ελέγχου Μέλους > Οδηγίες προς νεοεισερχόμενους), πάνω αριστερά στην οθόνη.
