HP Deskjet D1560

Καλησπέρα,
Μετά την εγκατάσταση του 12.04 δεν έτυχε να εκτυπώσω καθόλου, γι αυτό και τώρα μου προέκυψε το θέμα.
Έχω εκτυπωτή hp1560 που επίσης αναγνωρίζεται και ως 1500 (και στα windows το είχα αυτό το θέμα δεν ξέρω γιατί). Anyway, δίνω εντολή για εκτύπωση και ενώ αρχικά μου λέει ότι προετοιμάζεται, στη συνέχεια μου βγάζει το μήνυμα ότι η εκτύπωση ακυρώνεται γιατί δεν μπορεί να βρεθεί σύνδεση.
Επίσης το λαμπάκι κάτω αριστερά στο εκτυπωτή αναβοσβήνει και δεν λέει να κλείσει (το αναφέρω για όποιον τυχόν έχει το ίδιο μοντέλο).
Προσπάθησα να το κάνω και μια φορά χωρίς να ζητήσω βοήθεια, αλλά δεν μου έκατσε, πήγα στις ρυθμίσεις εκτυπωτή αλλά δεν λέει πουθενά ότι δεν έχει σύνδεση ή κάτι τέτοιο.. :problem:

Αν δεν έχεις κάνει εγκατάσταση του "hplip toolbox" από το κέντρο λογισμικού , κάνε το.
Θα σε βοηθήσει να δεις τι συμβαίνει πιο εύκολα.

το εγκατέστησα. Έχει διάφορα κόλπα. ποιο πρέπει να δω τώρα;
Παρεπιπτόντως, καινούριο είναι αυτό και που χρησιμεύει;

Για την ακρίβεια μου βγάζει "device communication error" code 5012, μόνο που δεν μπορώ να βρω ποιο είναι το πρόβλημα...

Στο hplip-toolbox δεν μου αναγνώριζε τη συσκευή, οπότε της έκανα επανεγκατάσταση. Τώρα την αναγνωρίζει κανονικά. Επίσης μου ζήτησε να αλλάξω τα μελάνια και το έκανα. Τώρα ενώ τα μελάνια το δείχνει γεμάτα, και πλέον η διαδικασία της εκτύπωσης γίνεται κανονικά, το χαρτί που ρίχνω για εκτύπωση βγαίνει άδειο.

Έχεις πακέτα που χρειάζεται να εγκατασταθούν .

αν τα καταφέρεις να τα εγκαταστήσεις από εκεί.
