HANDYCAM SONY AS WEBCAMERA

Καλημέρα σε όλους.

Εχω μία HANDYCAM SONY DCR-HC40E την οποία στα παράθυρα δουλεύω σαν webcamera μέσω skype με σύνδεση usb. Στο ubuntu 8.04 και 8,10 πώς μπορώ να την δουλέψω?
Οταν την συνδεώ δεν την αναγνωρίζει.
