πρόβλημα με nvidia drivers σε onboard nforce mobo

το δοκιμασα αλλα χωρις το sudo και δεν λειτουργουσε

ανοιξε μου λεει οτι εχει 1 κατεστραμμενα

nvidia-glx-legacy δεν υπαρχει

το μονο που μιαζει και ειναι εγκατεστημενο ειναι το nvidia-glx-177

Ναι να το τρέξεις με sudo.
Επίσης μετά κλείσε το synaptic και τρέξε :

Εκτέλεσε :

και πόσταρε το αποτέλεσμα...

το καλo ειναι οτι εμαθα recovery mode fix X server normal boot

Δυστυχώς με μια αναζήτηση στο google βρήκα ότι:
1)O nv driver δηλαδή open source 2D του ibex έχει bug που δημιουργεί πρόβλημα με την κάρτα σου (εξού και τα προβλήματα στην εγκατάσταση).
2)Το πρόβλημα αφορά ή την κάρτα σου ή την οθόνη σου και έχει ξανα αναφερθεί με μια αναζήτηση στο google, δυστυχώς όμως δεν βρήκα κάποια λύση.

Για σήμερα δεν μπορώ να βοηθήσω άλλο.
Αν κάποιο άλλο μέλος μπορεί αν και δεν νομίζω να βγεί κάποια άκρη θα ήταν πολύ καλό ώστε να γίνει κάποια αναφορά σφάλματος.

Αυτό που προτείνω είναι να δοκιμάσεις να κάνεις εγκατάσταση της 8.04 LTS.
Εκεί δεν θα έχεις προβλήματα με τον nv driver τουλάχιστον και θα μπορέσεις να κάνεις την εγκατάσταση του κανονικά...

στην 8.04 ολα ειναι οκ με την καρτα γραφικων thx

Πολύ ωραία.
Μείνε με αυτήν μέχρι να συνηθίσεις και να μάθεις, και αργότερα πας και σε επόμενη έκδοση.
Η 8.04 θα συνεχίσει να υποστηρίζεται για πολύ ακόμα (2,5 χρόνια) με νέα και σταθερά πακέτα.
