Δοκίμασες άλλη θύρα, υπάρχει άλλη θύρα στην TV ; Τι σύνδεση είναι αυτή VGA, DVI, HDMI ;

Από τις διαθέσιμες αναλύσεις του Xrandr ποια θέλεις;
Δες λίγο αυτό το ποστ αν σε βοηθήσει να λύσεις το πρόβλημα.
Αν δεν τα καταφέρεις ούτε με το παραπάνω, τότε ίσως χρειαστεί να πειράξεις το xorg.conf χειροκίνητα.

τις τρεχω σε win αυτη τη στιγμη, τις υποστιριζε με τους Nouveau drivers, μια χαρα μπορει να τις υποστιριξει.
αλλα το μεγαλυτερο θεμα ειναι η ποιοτητα οπως ειπα και πιο πριν ... δεν μπορω να κανω δουλια σε ubuntu γιατι με ζαλιζει

Με τον nouveau το καταλαβαίνω, αυτό που λες με τις γραμμές στο scroll τις έχω δει κι εγώ. Αλλά με τον Nvidia συνήθως στρώνει. Τουλάχιστον σε μένα.

Δεν ξέρω τι άλλο μπορείς να κάνεις. Ίσως αν δοκίμαζες νεότερους οδηγούς; μπορείς να προσθέσεις ένα αποθετήριο το οποίο όμως υπάρχει η πιθανότητα να κάνει το σύστημά σου ασταθές.
Αν παρατηρήσεις κάτι τέτοιο, μπορείς να το αφαιρέσεις και να κάνεις και downgrade όλα τα πακέτα στις official εκδόσεις.

Προσθήκη αποθετηρίου και αναβάθμιση πακέτων

σωστο δεν το λες αλλα καλυτερα... ταινια δεν βλεπεις ανετα και ειδικα σε γρηγορες σκηνες)

αν περασω το τριτο πακετο θα με γυρισει στα default drivers?? σαν να εκανα νεα εγκατασταση?

Το τρίτο σετ εντολών θα αναιρέσει ότι έκαναν τα προηγούμενα και θα μείνεις μόνο με τον nouveau.
Μην κάνεις νέα εγκατάσταση. Μπορείς όμως να δοκιμάσεις το τελευταίο ISO (ακόμη και την 15.10 που βρίσκεται σε ανάπτυξη) από ένα Live USB να δεις αν υπάρχει διαφορά.
Δοκίμασε και με έναν νέο χρήστη μη τυχών και κάποια ρύθμιση που έχεις κάνει επηρεάζει κάτι.
