Βοήθεια με tv tuner

Καλησπερα,θελω βοηθεια με μια καρτα τηλεορασης.Την εβαλα στο pc αλλα να τονισω οτι δεν ξερω κατα ποσο ειναι λειτουργικη μιας και δεν βρισκω driver για windows ωστε να την δοκιμασω. Η καρτα ειναι η Tv Live (Conexant Fusion 878A). Την εχω βαλει στο pc και κατεβασα και το tv time και το me tv.Οταν ανοιγω το tv time δειχνει χιονια και δεν ξερω τι πρεπει να κανω ωστε να ψαξω για καναλια.Στο me tv μου γραφει there are no digital tuner devices available. Kαμια βοηθεια?

Αν διαβασα καπου καλά, κανονικα θα επρεπε να λειτουργησει out of the box.
Ισως θελει καμια ρυθμιση το tvtime οσον αφορά τις επιλογές για τις εισόδους βιντεο.

Δοκιμασε και με kaffeine. Προσωπικά το προτιμω.

Στο γράφει στο dmesg πως υπάρχει πρόβλημα εντοπισμού . Τα παράπονά σου στον κατασκευαστή της κάρτας.

Η λύση πρέπει να είναι η προσθήκη μιας "αναγνωριστικής" παραμέτρου στο module που φορτώνει ο πυρήνας για την κάρτα σου.

Όπως ανέφερε και ο Learner, πρέπει να καθορίσεις ο ίδιος το μοντέλο του tuner στα αρχεία ρυθμίσεων.
Είναι μια επαναληπτική διαδικασία όπου καθορίζεις το μοντέλο, τρέχεις το tvtime, και αν δε λειτουργεί, δοκιμάζεις άλλο μοντέλο.

Το προϊόν φαίνεται να υποστηρίζει μόνο την αναλογική τηλεόραση, οπότε μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί μόνο με το tvtime.

1. εκτελείς

sudo rmmod cx8800

για να βγάλεις το άρθρωμα πυρήνα για τον tuner.
2. προσθέτεις το άρθρωμα με την

εντολή
sudo modprobe cx8800 card=16

για να δοκιμάσεις π.χ. τον tuner 16
3. Δοκιμάζεις αν το tvtime μπορεί να λειτουργήσει (δεν ξέρω τι κάνεις ακριβώς στο tvtime για να δοκιμάσεις)
4. Αν δε δουλέψει, πας στο [1] και δοκιμάζεις και άλλο αριθμό tuner.
