πρόβλημα με μικρόφωνο

καμιά λύση για το δικό μου πρόβλημα? έκανα update στην έκδοση 11.10 αλλά συνεχίζω να έχω το ίδιο πρόβλημα:

βρήκα στο ιντερνετ αυτο

1. Start a terminal session from Applications->Accessories->Terminal
2. Type 'alsamixer' (without the quotes) and press <enter>.
3. Press the <tab> key to select the 'Capture' view.
4. You should now see the 'Mic boost' and 'Capture' settings.
5. Press Z until the left side of the 'Mic boost' channel is zeroed.
6. Press E until the right side of the 'Mic boost' channel is maximised.
7. Press the <cursor right> key to select the 'Capture' channel.
8. Press Z until the left side of the 'Capture' channel is zeroed.
9. Press E until the right side of the 'Capture' channel is maximised.

το έκανα και δουλεύει τζιτζι αλλά όταν μιλάω με άλλα άτομα στην αρχή μιλάω κανονικά αλλα μετά χαλάει και πρέπει να ξανακάνω το ίδιο και αυτό γίνεται συνέχεια
καμια λύση?

ΥΓ παρατήρησα ότι όταν κάνω την ρύθμιση και αρχίζω να μιλάω ξαφνικά μόνο του και οι δύο μπάρες γεμίζουν όπως ήταν και πριν και δεν ακούγομαι
