Πρόβλημα ήχου σε Laptop Toshiba A60 (Equium)

Εγκατέστησα το 8.10 στο παραπάνω laptop και ενώ στην οθόνη εισόδου ακούω κανονικά τον ήχο, μόλις συνδέομαι δε λειτουργεί καθόλου. Όταν προσπαθώ να αλλάξω ρυθμίσεις στο "προτιμήσεις-ήχος-ιδιότητες" εμφανίζεται το παρακάτω μήνυμα : audiotestsrc wave=sine freq=512 ! audioconvert ! audioresample ! gconfaudiosink: Could not open audio device for playback σε όλες μου τις επιλογές.
Το puppel βρίσκει αμέσως ήχο. Εχω κάνει όλες τις αναβαθμίσεις.
Ούτε το 8.04 μου δούλεψε.

Έκανα ό,τι μου είπες αλλά πάλι τίποτε. Χάθηκα γιατί 2 μήνες και με 2 διαφορετικά laptop δεν κατάφερα να κάνω το ubuntu να δουλέψει κανονικά (στο ένα η κάρτα nvidia 9300 και σ' αυτό ο ήχος) ενώ με άλλες διανομές δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα (mandriva, ακόμη και με το puppy -el). Ξαναγύρισα να δω τι γίνεται. Έκανα όλες τις αναβαθμίσεις (8.10) και πάλι τίποτε. Πολύ με έχει ταλαιπωρήσει! Κρίμα γιατί μου αρέσει!

αφού εχεις μια διανομή που δουλευει και μια που δεν δουλεύει, ειναι σχετικο απλο να βρεθει λύση. Κοιταξε εδω (καπου στην μεση του πωτου ποστ):
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=20
πως λαμβανεις τις πληροφοριες για τον ηχο σου με την βοηθεια του alsa-info.sh και εκτελεσε την διαδικασία μια φορα απο Mandriva και μια φορά από Ubuntu κι ανεβασε εδω και τα δυο αποτελεσματα για να τα συγκρίνουμε.

ok θα το δοκιμάσω. Θ' αργήσω όμως λίγο γιατί δεν έχω πια τη mandriva αφού ένα πρόβλημα με οδήγησε σε φορμάρισμα και (επ΄ευκαιρίας) στην καινούργια δοκιμή του ubuntu.

Λοιπόν, στο UBUNTU πρόσθεσα την ειδική γραμμή που προτείνεται στο site που μου έγραψες χωρίς αποτέλεσμα.
Μετά κατέβασα και "έτρεξα" το bash alsa-info.sh και είχα τα εξης

Μετά το at δεν έβγαλε τίποτε.

πολύ παράξενο, ξαναδοκιμασε ακόμα μια φορα κι αν δεν δουλεψει παλι, τρεξε:

Κώδικας: Επιλογή όλων: bash alsa-info.sh --no-upload

κι αμέσως μολις το τρεξεις βλεπεις αν δημιουργηθηκε στον αρχικο σου κατάλογο ή στον κατάλογο /tmp/ ενα αρχεια alsa-info.txt και μας το στέλνεις. Για να βρεις ευκολα το αρχειο δοκιμασε τις εντολες:

Να υπενθυμήσω ότι ακούγεται ήχος πριν την εισαγωγή και μερικές φορές με την εισαγωγή όπου και κόβεται απότομα. Έχω δοκιμάσει και το 8.10 αλλά κολλάει κατά την εγκατάσταση συνέχεια. Μία φορά μετά από πάμπολλες επανεκκινήσεις κατάφερα και το εγκατέστησα αλλά πάλι δεν έιχα ήχο.
