Φίλοι στο forum γιάσας

Εχω ενα wireless usb adapter της level one τον WNC-0305 και δεν κατάφερα να τον κάνω να δουλέψει σε ubuntu 8.04 .
Υπάρχει συμβατότητα; Υπάρχουν drivers; η για κάθε λειτουργικό πρέπει να ψάχνω και τι υποστηρίζει για να κάνω δουλεια στα σίγουρα.
Κάθε βοήθεια είναι ευπρόσδεκτη.

βλέπω ότι σε εσενα δεν φορτωνει τον driver (rtl8187) που φορτωνει σε μένα. Επίσης φαινεται να μπερδευεται με τον driver iwl3945, ο οποιος δεν ξερω γιατι φορτωνεται, εχεις και καποια εσωτερική κάρτα ασυρματου;

Μπορουμε να κάνουμε ενα πειραμα. Ανοιξε το αρχειο blacklist με την εντολή

και στο τελος του αρχειου προσθεσε την παρακατω γραμμη:

σώσε το αρχειο και κανε επανεκκινηση

Αν εχεις εσωτερική ασυρματη καρτα intel 3945 μετά απο αυτην την αλλαγη θα πάψει να δουλεύει. Πιθανοτατα όμως θα δουλεψει το usb-wifi σου σωστα. Δοκιμασε και πες μας. Επίσης ανεξάρτητα με όλα αυτα δώσε μας και το αποτελεσμα της εντολής

Απενεργοποίησα τον ασύρματο της intel από την blacklist έκανα reset και νομίζω ότι το είδε, σύνδεση όμως δεν κατάφερα να κάνω.

δοκίμασε κάπου που εχει πολυ καλο σημα για να είμαστε σιγουροι. Για να τσεκαρεις αν πιανει κατι δινεις

Για στο forum

Δοκίμασα σε μέρος με αρκετά δύκτια και τα βλέπει κανονικά και συνδέεται με την προϋπόθεση να είναι απενεργοποιημένη η ενσωματομένη ασύρματη κάρτα της intel που έχει.
Είναι σχετικά εύκολη η ενεργοποίηση και απενεργοποίηση μέσω της blacklist οπότε θα το δουλεύω με αυτό τον τρόπο.
