ΠΡΟΒΛΗΜΑ ΜΕ WI-FI ΣΕ UBUNTU 9.10

Καλήμερα σας... Έκανα εγκατάσταση από live-cd το ubuntu 9.10 στο laptop μου και δεν αναγνώριζετε καθόλου η ασύρματη κάρτα. Δοκίμασα να προσπαθήσω να την κάνω να δουλέψει χρησιμοποιώντας drivers όπως το madwifi και διάφορα scripts που βρήκα. Όλα αυτά όμως χωρις αποτέλεσμα. Η κάρτα wifi είναι atheros ar5007eg και το laptop μου είναι fujitsu siemens amilo.

και πες μας ακριβως τι εχεις αλλαξει απο την αρχικη κατασταση...

Δεν μπορω να καταλαβω τι προσπαθησες να φτιαξεις, μαλλον η καρτα αρχικα δουλευε και πιθανον με τις προσπαθειες σου να την χαλασες.

Οι περισσοτερες καρτες ασυρματου (όπως και η συγκεκριμενη που εχεις) δουλευουν χωρις να κανεις τιποτα. Σε καποιες περιπτωσεις μπορει να μην δουλευει ο διακοπτης του λαπτοπ που την ενεργοποιεί απενεργοποιεί αλλα αυτο ειναι αλλη ιστορια. Επισης πολλοι δεν γνωρίζουν οτι υπαρχει τετοιος διακοπτης ή συνδυασμος πληκτρων. Δωσε μας τα αποτελεσματα των εντολών:

Πάντως τωρα όντως δεν δουλευει, για να μην μας παιδευεις να αναιρεσουμε ότι εκανες, κανε μια νεα εγκατασταση, κανε όλα τα updates και αν δεν δουλευει ξαναελα δίνοντας μας τα ιδια αποτελεσματα για να το φτιαξουμε.

Ουτε στο 9.04 θα επρεπε να υπαρχει το προβλημα. Το οτι ετρεξες καποιο script που πιθανον να αντικαθιστα τον driver που εχεις ήδη με καποιον απο τους εναλλακτικους που υπαρχουν για αυτην την συσκευη, μπορει να σου ελυσε συμπτωματικα το προβλημα αλλα δεν ειναι ο σωστος και μακροπροθεσμος τροπος.
