Δε μπορώ να συνδεθώ ασύρματα.

Καλησπέρα παίδες. Είμαι καινούριος χρήστης Ubuntu 9.10 και οι γνώσεις μου είναι ελάχιστες. Έχω κι εγώ το ίδιο πρόβλημα με πολλούς άλλους, δε μπορώ να συνδεθώ στο ασύρματο μου δίκτυο, έχω διαβάσει τη σχετική θεματολογία, αλλά δε μπόρεσα να βγάλω άκρη. Μετά την εγκατάσταση, αφαίρεσα το Network Manager επειδή δε μπορούσα να συνδεθώ ασύρματα και έβαλα το Wicd. Δυστυχώς δεν είδα κάποια βελτίωση, πάλι δε συνδέεται με το ασύρματό μου δίκτυο, συνδέεται βέβαια μέσω καλωδίου κανονικά (ενσύρματα). Πήγα στο Σύστημα-Διαχείρηση Συστήματος-Οδηγοί υλικού και έχω εγκατεστημένο τον οδηγό ασύρματου δικτύου Broadcom STA. Κάθε βοήθεια καλοδεχούμενη! Thanks

Διάβασα ότι σχετικό μπόρεσα, έτρεξα τις εντολές lspci -nn, ifconfig και sudo iwlist scan και τελικά το έκανα και βλέπει τις ασύρματες συνδέσεις. Το πρόβλημα είναι τώρα ότι δε μπορεί να συνδεθεί, κάνει προσπάθεια, συνδέεται, αμέσως αποσυνδέεται (δυο-τρεις φορές αυτό) και μετά γράφει ότι αποσυνδέθηκε τελειωτικά. Μάλλον κάποια ρύθμιση του Wicd είναι, στο preferences. Αν μπορεί κάποιος να βοηθήσει... έχω το TP-LINK_90A6 και έχω ασφάλεια στο ρούτερ WPA 2.

Καταρχήν δώσε τα αποτελέσματα των τριών εντολών που ανεφερες.

Έπειτα κακώς εβαλες το wicd θα προτιμουσα να σε βοηθήσουμε σε πρωτη φαση με τον κλασσικο NetworkManager που ειναι κι αυτος που γνωρίζουμε καλύτερα.

Βασικά δεν ανταπέδωσα το καλωσόρισμα.... καλώς σας βρηκα . Τελικά έβγαλα το Wicd και έβαλα το Network Manager. Σας δίνω τα αποτελέσματα των εντολών που μου ζητήσατε. Ενώ από το τερματικό δείχνει ότι βρίσκει δίκτυα, στο εικονίδιο συνδέσεις δικτύου δεν φαίνονται. Βασικά μπορεί κάτι να μου λείπει, γιατί θυμάμαι πως κάτι διάβασα για περισσότερες εγκαταστάσεις σε κάποιο θέμα του φόρουμ, που ξαναπροσπάθησα και δεν το βρήκα. Έκανα από το synaptic εγκατάσταση μόνο τον Network Manager (κι αυτά που εγκαθίστανται μαζί του)

κανονικα θα έπρεπε ότι φαινεται στο τερματικό να φαινεται και κανοντας κλικ στο εικονιδιο του NetworkManager. Για να βεβαιωθούμε ότι δεν εχεις χαλάσει κατι, κανε εκκίνηση απο LiveCD και δες αν δουλευει εκεί.

Θα το κάνω μόλις μπορέσω. Μήπως υπάρχει εντολή να συνδέομαι μέσω τερματικού? πχ τρέχω την sudo iwlist scan βλέπω ποιό θέλω και πατάω εντολή να συνδεθώ?βασικά έχω μόνο ένα εικονίδιο συνδέσεις δικτύου και όταν πατάω ασύρματα δε μου βγάζει κανένα άλλο, και στο εγκατεστημένο υλικό μου έχω μόνο το "Network Tools" και "Διαχειριστής Δικτύου". Μήπως χρειάζομαι και κάτι άλλο?

και κάτι ακόμα. μπαίνω κέντρο ελέγχου και μετά προτιμήσεις προγραμμάτων εκκίνησης και είναι τσεκαρισμένο το εφαρμογή NetworkManager και έχει εντολή nm-applet --sm-enable. Δεν ξέρω κατά πόσο σωστό είναι αυτό.
