Πρόβλημα Εκκίνησης με 2 λειτουργικά [ΕΠΙΛΥΘΗΚΕ]

Καλημέρα και χρόνια πολλά σε όλους!
Θα ήθελα την βοήθειά σας (και πάλι..) διότι έχω εγκαταστήσει το Linux Ubuntu 8.10 στον Η/Υ μου
στον δίσκο (C)=40Gb που είναι και ο πρωτεύον.
Στον δίσκο (D)=80Gb που είναι ο δεύτερος έχω τα Windows XP Rpo.
Κατά την εκκίνηση δεν μου δίνει επιλογή με ποιό λειτουργικό να ξεκινήσω...
Υπάρχει κάτι που θα πρέπει να κάνω μέσα από το Ubuntu 8.10 ώστε να μου δίνει
επιλογή λειτουργικού? Ας μου πει κάποιος, κάπως αναλυτικά. (αν είναι δυνατόν!!)

Κανονικά εάν τα παράθυρα πριν εκκινούσαν κανονικά από το 2 δίσκο δεν θα έπρεπε να έχεις πρόβλημα .
Μήπως έχεις αποσυνδέσει δίσκο από πριν ?

ότι δεν είναι καν bootable λειτουργούσαν κανονικά τα παράθυρα σου πριν κάνεις εγκατάσταση το Λίνουξ ήτανε στο 2 δίσκο και λειτουργούσαν κανονικά απο εκεί ? κατά την εγκατάσταση έχει αλλάξει κάτι άλλα πχ σειρά τον δίσκων από πριν η κάτι άλλο ?
Τώρα δώσε και αποτέλεσμα τις εντολής από το

Τώρα βλέπω ότι έχει αλλάξει σειρά τον δίσκων , άλλα γιατί ?
Δεν χρειάζεται να το κάνεις .
Ας δοκιμάσουμε να το λύσουμε αλλιώς , θα γυρίσεις την σειρά τον δίσκων όπως ήτανε πριν .
Και μετά ακολουθείς τα παρακάτω

Εδώ κάναμε αντίγραφο του για να έχουμε .

Και κάνεις ρεστάρτ , με κάθε επιφύλαξη λέω ότι μπορεί να μην λειτουργήσει οπότε πρέπει να το κάνουμε αλλιώς μετά .

Τελικά έκανα το 80 άρη πρώτο και τον 40 άρη δεύτερο.
Έκανα setup στον πρώτο τα ΧΡ και στον δεύτερο το ubuntu 8.10.
Τώρα μου βγάζει την επιλογή των δύο λειτουργικών.
Όσο για την συμβουλή σου, την κρατώ και σε ευχαριστώ.
