Στον /dev/sda , που έχεις το Ubuntu όπως αναφέρεις , δεν υπάρχει μνήμη swap.. να φταίει αυτό ; δεν είμαι σίγουρος , μιας και μνήμη απ' ότι βλέπω έχεις αρκετή (3112ΜΒ) .

Αν δεν σου κάνει κόπο , επεξεργάσου το fstab για να προσαρτήσει την μνήμη swap από τον /dev/sdc που βλέπω πως έχεις .

Όχι στο sda, στον sdc είναι το διαμέρισμα /home.

Έτρεξα το smartctl στον sdc και δε βρήκε σφάλματα, όμως βρήκε στον sdd, τον οποίο υποψιαζόμουν μιας και μου έχει δημιουργήσει πρόβλημα ξανά πρόσφατα. Βέβαια με διάφορα test που του είχα κάνει, καθώς και σκανάρισμα με το hdd regenerator δεν παρουσίαζε πρόβλημα.

Ναι, είναι αρκετά παλιός, και όντως δεν τον εμπιστεύομαι, γι' αυτό και δεν έχω ούτε λειτουργικό πάνω ούτε κάνω συχνές εγγραφές/διαγραφές.

EDIT:
Άλλαξα στο bios το IDE Channel 0 master από AUTO σε ΝΟΝΕ για τον sdd.
Το αποτέλεσμα:
-λίγο γρηγορότερο boot μέχρι τη φόρτωση το grub
-το ubuntu φορτώνει όπως πριν μέχρι την οθόνη σύνδεσης(ίσως μια βελτίωση 5-10 δευτ.)
-λύθηκε το πρόβλημα της μεγάλης καθυστέρησης στα σχετικά με τους δίσκους όπως blkid grub-customizer, gparted.
