Εγκατάσταση Murrhine Engine σε XUbuntu 12.04

Δεν μπορώ να εγκαταστήσω το murrhine theme engine για να μπορώ να βάζω θέματα.
Τρέχω ./configure αλλά μου δίνει αυτό:
