πως μπορω να επιστραψω στην 12.04? υπαρχει τροπος?

Για κάποιον λόγο, έχεις προσθέσει τα αποθετήρια της 12.10 (και μάλιστα του Ιταλικού σέρβερ), μήπως φταίει το αποθετήριο που έχεις προσθέσει και γράφει #SKSS;

Δεν ξέρω αν θα πιάσει.
Άνοιξε το αρχείο sources.list ως διαχειριστής (πάτα Alt+F2 και γράψε στο πεδίο την εντολή gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list) και σβήσε τις γραμμές από τη γραμμή που γράφει # Ubuntu Quantal Quetzal Repositories και μετά.
Αποθήκευσε το αρχείο και δώσε από το τερματικό

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Μετά, ξαναδώσε τα αποτελέσματα από τις 3 προηγούμενες εντολές να δούμε αν έπιασε.

Δοκίμασε να σβήσεις τα αποθετήρια της 12.10 και από το /etc/apt/sources.list.save & από το etc/apt/sources.list.d/ αν υπάρχουν κι εκεί ..
και δώσε πάλι τις εντολές.. της αναβάθμισης.
Δεν ξέρω αν υπάρχει "δρόμος" επιστροφής τώρα..

Επίσης , το αποθετήριο που έχεις προσθέσει , αυτό το skss τι είναι ;
Το βρήκα στο Launchpad αλλά δεν βρήκα πακέτα μέσα.. και επίσης γράφει
