Για το σφάλμα με το firmware του ασύρματου θα πας στο Synaptic και θα βρεις τα πακέτα bcmwl-kernel-source και b43-fwcutter Λογικά το πρώτο θα το έχεις βάλει, αλλά αν όχι βάλε το. Το δεύτερο είναι για το firmware. Μετά θα προσπαθήσεις να κάνεις restart, να δεις αν έχεις ασύρματο, και θα δεις το dmesg αν βγάζει άλλα σφάλματα.

δες κατι ομως...δινω στο τερματικο lspci -vnn | grep 14e4 και μου βγαζει ............... [14e4:4315]

και εδω http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Drivers/b43 δες τι λεει για 14e4:4315....supported 2.6.33 and later ενω η εκδοση του πυρηνα ειναι

Το πρόβλημα σου είναι ότι δεν έχεις ανοίξει όλες τις πηγές λογισμικού και όλες τις ενημερώσεις , άνοιξε τις όλες και κάνε ενημέρωση και μετά θα βρεις όλους του οδηγούς .
